How to prepare your test package to ship to Spark
Identify package(s) to test
Identify the package(s) to be tested with a “Test” label or marking on the outside of each box
Add protective materials
Within the overbox, use air pillows (or other protective materials) to keep your test package(s) from being damaged during shipment
Add Quote Number to all documentation
Please enclose the completed quote documentation and add the Quote Number to the shipping label reference area.
Identify contents on exterior
Pack all test samples in a strong overbox clearly marked “Contains Protected Test Package”

Getting the test results
Spark will run the appropriate tests as defined by the certification needed. Once the testing is completed, we’ll provide full documentation of the results. This includes the report, photos of all sides of the package post-test and the product for verification—everything you need for submission.
What if my package fails?
If your package fails one or more tests, our team guides you through the process of making improvements and re-testing.
If your package needs re-engineering, alternative materials, etc., Spark can help. We offer a full suite of packaging services.
